This is a 4 bedroom duplex, as you can see the first thing
that is eye catching there is the wonderful painting combo. You will sure
marvel at the smoothness of the wall. Screeding was done on the wall before the
painting. The roofing material used is called Zincalume. The paints are
products of dulux paints. This building has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a guestroom
downstairs all en suite. It has all other features such as the balcony, pantry, a
car porch etc.
State of the art
This is state of the art; everything about the building is peculiar; the windows, the columns, the concept and above all the roofing.
